1. Controller and collected data

The contact form collects your name, email address, request type, subject, optional context and message so that we can understand and answer your request.
After you consent, and when audience measurement is enabled, Google Analytics receives visited pages without URL query parameters or fragments, their language and category, and measured actions. Google may process a browser identifier, device information and an approximate location derived from the IP address. We do not include form fields in our Analytics events.
Limited technical logs support security and troubleshooting. Your language, theme and consent preferences are stored in your browser.

Quote and service requests rely on the pre-contractual steps you request. Other professional enquiries and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interest in responding to requests and protecting this website.
Audience measurement relies on your separate consent. Submitting the contact form does not grant Analytics consent or subscribe you to advertising.

Authorised people at Aegis Techno receive your request. Resend delivers it by email, and email and hosting providers process the information necessary for their services.
When you accept Analytics and the service is enabled, Google receives audience measurement data. International service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. You can ask us for information about recipients and the safeguards applicable to your request.

The stated maximum retention period for contact messages is 24 months. You can request earlier deletion where no retention obligation prevents it.
Your Analytics choice, whether acceptance or refusal, is remembered for up to 180 days together with its date and the policy version. A new decision is requested on expiry or when that version changes. Cookies created by our Analytics configuration last up to 180 days without automatically extending on each visit.
Retention of events received by Google depends on the Analytics property setting, separately from cookie lifetime. Retention of technical logs and copies held by service providers depends on their settings and applicable obligations. Contact us for effective retention periods and to request deletion.

The Analytics script loads only after acceptance and only when measurement is enabled for this environment. Refusal leaves all website features available.
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawal blocks new events from our website, disables the Analytics property in your browser and removes its accessible cookies. Open tabs on the same origin receive the changed choice. If local storage is unavailable, your choice lasts only for the current page.
Withdrawal cannot recall a request already sent or erase events already received by Google. Contact us to exercise your right to erasure.

You can request access, correction, deletion and, where applicable, portability of your data, restriction of processing or object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time.
